Skills to Succeed Academy Accessibility Statement

We would like the Skills to Succeed Academy to be accessible to all audiences, regardless of circumstance or ability. In our design we have worked towards the available standards and guidelines including the good practice Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), these guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities, helping to make our Skills to Succeed Academy solution user friendly to more people.

We have designed our solution with the following guidelines and objectives in mind:

The Skills to Succeed Academy strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, however it has not been possible to do so in all areas, predominantly because the Skills to Succeed Academy is based on Flash, which makes it difficult to achieve keyboard accessibility and compatibility with tools that include braille terminals, screen reading software and speech recognition software.
